Where do I start?
Start on Today. If your first priority is not set yet, run SwingChecker™. It helps point you to the work that matters first.
I cannot find my course. What should I do?
First, make sure you are signed in with the exact email used at checkout. Then open My Courses. If it is still missing, use Account Support below.
How do I use SwingChecker™ and understand my first priority?
Complete the guided check honestly, then use the #1 priority as your starting point. Do not try to fix every note at once. Your result is saved on this device: Today shows the free lesson that matches it, or—if you already own the matching course—your next lesson in it.
A lesson is locked, or the video says “coming soon.” Is something wrong?
No. Lessons 1–3 of every course are free. Lesson 4 and up unlock when the course is on your account—sign in with the email you used at checkout. Lesson videos are being added now; until a lesson’s video is posted, the written lesson, cue and training work are complete and the lesson counts when you check it off.
Where does “Continue Today” take me?
To the one next lesson that matters: the course you trained most recently, at the first lesson you have not finished. If you have no course yet, it opens the free lesson that matches your SwingChecker™ priority. When a course is finished, it takes you to your certificate.
My progress is missing on another phone or computer.
Sign in on that device with the same email. Progress from a signed-in account follows you; lessons checked off while signed out stay on the device where you did them. Open Today once on the original device while signed in and it backs that progress up to your account.
Where do I send a coach question?
Use the Contact Coach form. Tell Coach what your hitter is working on and ask one clear question.
How do I track progress and get my certificate?
Open Progress to see completed lessons, at-bat scores and AHD EARNED™ points. When every lesson in a course is checked off, Today and the last lesson both show a Get your certificate button. The goal is consistent building, not chasing a perfect day.
How do I sign in or reset account access?
Sign in here with the email tied to your purchase, or reset your password. If that still does not solve access, send an Account Support message.
