The 4 Pillars of a Complete Hitter
Most hitters train one or two. AHD trains all four. That's how you build a hitter who is aggressive and athletic and swings with controlled violence.
- 1The SwingMove well. Barrel the ball.
- 2Strength & ExplosivenessBuild force, speed and power.
- 3The Hitting Processor DAILYSee it. Time it. Decide. Attack it.
- 4Mental TrainingCompete with confidence and a plan.
AHD Academy is an online hitting academy for baseball and fastpitch softball players ages 10 to college, led by BK in Scottsdale, Arizona. Hitters train all 4 pillars — the swing, strength and explosiveness, the Hitting Processor and the mental game — through the Complete Hitter Masterclass and other online courses, online hitting instruction and remote coaching and in-person lessons in Scottsdale.

What an MLB player, a high school coach, a parent of 2 college players & a college catcher say.
I like what Coach Kehoe teaches and how he teaches so much, I made him my hitting coach. The online, remote version of his program has helped our hitters so much! Take my word for it, I spent a lot of time in Big Leagues, this program is elite!
Working with hitting coach Billy Kehoe has been a game-changer for my three sons. He is truly one of the most knowledgeable hitting coaches in the United States, with a deep understanding of approach, swing mechanics, and overall athleticism. It is so amazing to see how each hitter progresses and their performance improves so quickly.
I have hit with Coach Kehoe since I was 10. He is the primary reason I am playing college baseball at a high level. Just do what he says and you will hit so much better! The online program allows us to communicate no matter where I am!
