We want families to buy with confidence. Here is exactly how refunds work, in plain English, before you ever reach checkout.
The short version
- Courses and The Whole System: if you don't believe your athlete is better prepared, that the course is rich in knowledge, or that the instruction was enough, ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- 90-Day Private Coaching: full refund any time before your first coaching session or swing review. After that, coaching is non-refundable.
- How to ask: email support@athletichitting.com or use the contact form, from the email you used at checkout. One short message. No runaround.

Self-guided courses and The Whole System
This covers every AHD self-guided course (the Complete Hitter Masterclass, Athletic Development, Swing Structure, Hitting Processor, Mental Approach, Off-Speed / Spin, Bunting & Small Ball, Scared of the Baseball Fix) and The Whole System.
If, within 30 days of your purchase, any of these are true for you, you can ask for a full refund:
- You don't believe your athlete is more prepared to do well.
- You don't believe the course is rich in knowledge.
- You don't believe the instruction was enough.
Tell us what didn't work. We read every answer, because it helps us build a better program. Once a refund is processed, course access for that purchase ends.
90-Day Private Coaching
Private coaching reserves BK's time for your athlete. You get a full refund if you cancel before the first coaching session or swing review. Once coaching has started, it is non-refundable. If something comes up (injury, schedule, season), contact Coach and we will work with you on pausing or rescheduling.
Live lessons and camps
Live lessons and camps are priced and scheduled individually. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed with you in writing when you book.
Make it right
If something on our end doesn't work, that's on us, not you: you can't get into a course you paid for, a lesson or video won't load, you were charged twice, or you were charged the wrong price. Tell us any time during your access and we will fix it. If we can't fix it, we refund the purchase it affected. This is separate from the 30-day guarantee and has no deadline while your access is active.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds go back to the original card or payment method. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days. AHD never sees or stores your full card number.
