AHD ACADEMY • PR BOARD

Numbers don’t lie.
Proof doesn’t either.

Log exit velo, bat speed, 60-yard time and vertical. Attach the clip. When Coach verifies it, it goes on the board. Complete Hitters Are Built… It’s Earned!

YOUR NUMBERS

Your best, verified.

Day 1 vs. now. Only Coach-verified numbers count as PRs.

LOG A PR

Put the number on the record.

Athlete name What are you logging? Numbermph Date recorded How was it measured? Test

Proof clip (required)

Film the rep that set the number. Best: a Pocket Radar clip with the speed on screen, or the radar reading in the shot.

Choose or record a video or paste a video link (YouTube, Google Drive, iCloud)

Notes for Coach (optional) This is a real number from a real test, done safely and warmed up (with an adult present if the athlete is under 18). I understand a verified PR shows on the PR Board with the athlete's first name and last initial.

THE CLIMB

Watch it move.

Top 10. Verified only.

First name and last initial only. Every number here was checked on video by Coach.

YOUR LOG

Every entry.

TEST THE SAME WAY EVERY TIME

AHD testing standards.

Same setup, same ball, same count. That’s how a number turns into progress you can trust.

Don’t have a radar? A Pocket Radar Smart Coach reads exit velo and saves the clip with the speed on it. Bat speed needs a bat sensor. A stopwatch or slow-motion video works for the 60.
