Your permission.

What this permission covers

If you give permission, AHD may use the items you choose below, such as swing video, photos, first name, stats, PRs or a written or spoken testimonial, in the places you choose: the AHD website and Backspin Blog, AHD social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and similar), emails, the AHD podcast, and course or camp materials. AHD may crop, trim, caption, slow down or add drawing and analysis to video. It won't change what someone said in a testimonial.

What AHD will never do

• Share an athlete's school, address, phone, schedule, or full name (unless you say full name is OK).
• Use your permission for anything you didn't check below.
• Sell or license an athlete's image to another company.
• Pay for, or offer a discount for, a testimonial without saying so publicly. If an athlete or family received free or discounted coaching, AHD will disclose it.

Testimonials must be honest

A testimonial should say what you really experienced. AHD won't write one for you or change what it means. Individual results vary, and AHD will not present a testimonial as a typical or guaranteed result.

Stopping future use

You can take back permission any time. AHD will stop new posts and remove the athlete's content from the AHD website and AHD-controlled social accounts within 14 days. Content already shared, downloaded or reposted by other people, or printed materials, can't always be pulled back.

Anything AHD should leave out or know? (optional) I am the athlete (18 or older) or the athlete's parent or legal guardian, and I have the right to give this permission. I understand this is optional, I am not being paid for it unless AHD tells me so in writing, and saying no would not affect the athlete's access or coaching. I understand I can stop future use at any time, but content already shared by others or printed may not be fully removable. Type your full name as your signature Date Give permission
