FROM A RECENT AHD CAMP

What a camp day looks like.

Warm-ups, stations by age and level, and a huddle before every block so players know what they are training and why.

CHOOSE YOUR FORMAT

Four ways to bring AHD to your players.

Arizona is home base. BK travels to organizations that can host.

Team camp

Your team, half or full day. Every player assessed, taught the checkpoints and drilled in small groups.

Organization camp

Multiple teams split by age and level, run in stations so every player gets reps.

Skills clinic

Two to three focused hours on one thing: swing structure, pitch recognition, bunting or hitting under pressure.

School or league event

Larger groups with a coaching-education component so the staff can keep teaching it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Camps & clinics FAQ.

What happens at a team hitting clinic?

Players rotate through stations for the swing, athletic movement, the Hitting Processor (seeing and deciding) and a competitive game, so nobody stands in line. Coaches leave with the same cues and a practice plan.

How many players do we need for a camp?

As few as twelve and as many as sixty. Larger groups run in stations so nobody stands around waiting. Camps serve ages eight through high school, baseball, fastpitch or combined.

Do you travel for camps?

Yes. Arizona is home base, and BK travels to organizations that can host. AHD camps and clinics have reached 39 states.

What does every player get?

Every player is assessed on video, taught the same checkpoints the AHD courses are built on and drilled in small groups by age and level.

What do coaches take home?

Your coaching staff leaves with the notes and the teaching language so they can keep coaching it after the camp ends.

How do we book a camp or clinic?

Contact BK at athletichitting.com/contact or use the request form with your location, dates, player count and age range. You will get availability and pricing back.
