Who it’s for
Hitters ages 12–21 who started pulling away, stepping in the bucket, freezing or losing the ball after getting hit or after a scary pitch.
This is a full fear of the ball course. If you’re a parent still figuring out what’s going on, start with the free guide: my kid is afraid of the ball — what do I do?
What you’ll learn
- An athletic safe position and a reset routine you can use before any pitch
- Seeing the ball early with the AHD Hitting Processor: See It → Recognize It → Time It → Decide → Attack It
- Owning the take and attacking only your pitch
- Controlled contact that feels safe again, then a pre-at-bat and game-day plan
Safety comes first
No forced exposure, no surprise throws, and no toughness tests. Stop for pain, dizziness, new vision symptoms, a possible concussion or head injury, a clinician’s restriction, or significant distress that does not settle. This course is hitting coaching, not medical or mental-health treatment, and it does not promise an immediate return to live pitching.

How it works
Every lesson offers an easier step, a repeat of the day, or the next step. Repeating a lesson never blocks you from finishing.
Each lesson gives you one brave step, a see-it/decide-it task, movement or contact work, a reset cue and a readiness check-in.
Lesson 30 ends with a reflection and a 7-day maintenance plan: two tracking sessions, two controlled-contact sessions and one approach review.
