Complete Hitters Are Built… Not Given. Earned!
Athletic Hitting Development (AHD) is a baseball and fastpitch softball hitting development system built by BK.
Athletic Hitting Development is BK’s baseball and fastpitch softball system that trains the whole hitter: the swing, athletic development, the Hitting Processor and the mental approach. It finds the one thing holding a hitter back, fixes it and proves it in games.
Train it: Complete Hitter Masterclass →It is not a swing class. It is not a weight-room program. It is not a bucket of drills.
AHD trains the whole hitter: the swing, the athlete, the eyes and decision-making, and the competitor. Then it syncs all four together so the work actually shows up in games.
Integrating the art and science of hitting.
The science is how the body creates force, how the eyes pick up a pitch and how timing really works. The art is the individual hitter in the box: their body, their style and their game. AHD brings both into one plan.
1. Why most hitters stay stuck
Most hitters train one or two things. They take swing lessons. Or they lift. Or they grind tee work every night.
Some of it helps. But when the pitcher changes speeds, the count gets tight and the pressure goes up, the hitter has no plan, no timing and no answer.
A hitter who only trains the swing is only one quarter trained. The swing has to be powered by an athletic body, pointed by a trained eye and protected by a steady mind. Miss one and the whole system leaks.
Train all four pillars, not just one or two.

WHY MOST HITTERS STAY STUCK
ONE QUARTERTRAINED.
- Swing lessons only.
- Or lifting only.
- Or tee work every night.
TRAIN ALL FOUR PILLARS, NOT JUST ONE OR TWO.
2. The 4 Pillars of a Complete Hitter
Everything at AHD is built on four pillars. Each one is trained on purpose. Then they are synced into one competitive at-bat.
1. The Swing
Stance, rhythm, gather, launch, turn, bat path, contact and extension, built to fit the athlete instead of a robot model.
2. Athletic Development
Strength, explosive power, sprint speed and arm care. Better movers have more solutions at the plate.
3. The Hitting Processor
See it, recognize it, time it, decide, attack it. The hitter has to solve the pitch before the swing gets its chance.
4. Mental Approach
A plan for every count, full commitment to the decision and a fast reset after a bad at-bat.
Go deeper on the system: The 4 Pillars of a Complete Hitter.
3. How AHD works: Find it. Fix it. Prove it.
- Find it. Start with evidence: front and side video, contact quality and swing decisions. Identify the one thing holding the hitter back most.
- Fix it. Prescribe the simplest drill that solves that problem. One priority at a time, not ten changes at once.
- Prove it. Retest under the same conditions, then add variable pitches and competition. If it does not transfer to games, it does not count.
Do not collect drills. Prescribe them. That is the difference between staying busy and actually getting better.

HOW AHD WORKS
FIX IT.PROVE IT.
- Find it: start with evidence.
- Fix it: one priority at a time.
- Prove it: it must transfer.
DON'T COLLECT DRILLS. PRESCRIBE THEM.
4. The flagship: 24 lessons, 4 pillars, one complete hitter
The Complete Hitter Masterclass is the full AHD system in one program: 24 lessons, done daily or in 10-lesson sessions. Each lesson has a video, a coaching cue, today's work and an at-bat challenge to track it.

What are the four pillars of hitting?
The swing, athletic development (strength, speed and power), the hitting processor (see it, recognize it, time it, decide, attack it) and the mental approach. AHD trains each one on purpose, then syncs them into one competitive at-bat.
Does AHD offer online remote baseball and softball training?
Yes. Hitters can follow a self-guided Masterclass on their phone or work with BK through 90-day Premium Remote Coaching with video review. In-person lessons are available in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Where should a new hitter start?
Start with SwingChecker™, the free assessment. It ranks the hitter's top priorities and points to the right lessons. the first 3 lessons of every Masterclass are also free.
Why isn’t swing training alone enough for hitters?
A hitter who only trains the swing is only one quarter trained. The swing has to be powered by an athletic body, pointed by a trained eye and protected by a steady mind.
