Mental Approach Coach Edition.
The Mental Approach Masterclass rewritten for the coach. Every lesson tells you what to teach, why it matters, how to teach it, the cues that work, what wrong looks like and how to fix it, and a practice plan for one hitter or a whole team. Softball notes wherever fastpitch is different.

Is it for baseball and softball coaches?
Yes. It is built for baseball and fastpitch softball coaches, from youth and travel ball through high school and college, and for parents who coach. Wherever fastpitch is different, the lesson has a Softball note.
